The basis of our quality control system is our detailed technolgical instruction book first issued in 1997. Each process has its own chapter where detailed instructions help our colleagues to serve our partners with the highest possible quality level. Carefully set check points and check lists are built in to all our processes to spot immediately every mistake. |
CRM and process management is served by our own development, SUTI system as our collegaues call it with humour. SUTI is the framework for our closed process system driving and leading customer support and project management processes while it serves our registration and management reporting tool too. Our financial system is also our own development, perfectly fit to all other co-systems.
Data security is the main issue in our business. All data are stored on 2 high tech servers, in two, distant from each other location server rooms, operated by the most reputable and bigest service provider, Antenna Hungaria. Access to these servers and the data are very limited and carefuly monitored.
CCS Hungary is offering highly qualified software development and quality (tester) resources as Teams or as individuals on a remote working basis from Budapest with excellent road, air and train connection. Temporary relocation of resources is another option, subject to agreement.
